When in Rome……drink Peroni. A few cold ones on a Friday evening in the heat of the Mediterranean, just what the doctor ordered!

reflection of sunrise

I took this photo when I was in the taxi on the way to Bologna airport, I wrote the following paragraph about it….

The taxi was of course late and the driver was totally uninterested, he didn’t like football and when I asked what the vineyards were producing he said “wine”. Well there you go. I thought I might have gotten Chianti or something. Anyway we got to the airport in time and he left us at the arrivals, which was half a kilometre from departures, but what can you do?

Sparna

Passing red to red, or port to port if you like with the gear bulker Sparna. For the land lubbers, the colour of the port lantern is red, and it is the most common way to pass a meeting ship, on the port side that is.
If you are still wondering wtf is going on port side is the left side.
I did a bit of a touch up in photoshop.
