I’d just like to point out that this image is actually a rat and was made by acclaimed graffiti artist Banksy a few years ago. The city council wanted to cover it up during our Capital of Culture year but after much public outcry and because its a Banksy original,they changed their minds.

Yeah it does a bit-clearly Banksy has trouble drawing rats!
